Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your service. On a Sunday evening a circuit board in the electrical box was not working which caused our sewer system to back up. The building had 300 people in attendance for a hockey game. Within 15 minutes of the phone call your service rep was on site and making calls to try and find a part. He also had a pump truck on site within 1 hour to pump out the holding tank. Pretty impressive for a Sunday night! On Monday morning there was a crew here at 8:00am working on replacing the circuit board, which they completed before the end of the day. Job well done. Most recently our pumps were tripping the breakers, this was on a Friday evening. Again they were on site within 1 hour of the phone call and had the problem resolved. I called EcoClean on Thursday, February 9, 2012, for help with a blocked drain line. The technician arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. the following morning, as promised, and proceeded to resolve the problem within a half-hour. Your technician, Keith, was very efficient, knowledgeable, extremely helpful in answering questions and very careful to clean up the work area after he had resolved the problem. I really appreciate how he handled everything . . .he was top-notch!
I have certainly learned a lesson from this unpleasant experience, that is:
(1) Don’t try to do it yourself (I spent most of Thursday trying to resolve the problem, to no avail)
(2) Call EcoClean immediately (they know what they are doing and they do it well!)

My technician Keith called me back the same day I called and we arranged for him to come out to my home the next morning. He arrived promptly, in a severe snow storm, to handle my drainage problems.
