Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your service. On a Sunday evening a circuit board in the electrical box was not working which caused our sewer system to back up. The building had 300 people in attendance for a hockey game. Within 15 minutes of the phone call your service rep was on site and making calls to try and find a part. He also had a pump truck on site within 1 hour to pump out the holding tank. Pretty impressive for a Sunday night! On Monday morning there was a crew here at 8:00am working on replacing the circuit board, which they completed before the end of the day. Job well done. Most recently our pumps were tripping the breakers, this was on a Friday evening. Again they were on site within 1 hour of the phone call and had the problem resolved.
